Tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at Yeonji Park, Gimhae, During Viksit Bharat Run on 12 September 2026

On the sidelines of the Viksit Bharat Run 2026 in Gimhae, Ambassador and officials of the Embassy of India, Seoul, paid floral tributes at the bust of Mahatma Gandhi in Yeonji Park. The solemn tribute recalled Gandhiji’s enduring message of peace, nonviolence and service to humanity, values that continue to resonate across borders and strengthen the bonds of friendship between India and the Republic of Korea. 김해에서 열린 ‘2026 비크싯 바랏 런‘ 행사를 계기로 다스 대사와 @Dasspake 주한 인도대사관 관계자들은 연지 공원을 방문하여 간디 동상에 헌화하였습니다.엄숙한 분위기에서 이어진 헌화식을 통해 마하트마 간디의 평화, 비폭력, 인류에 대한 헌신을 상기하였으며, 인도와 한국의 우정과 유대를 강화하고 국경을 뛰어넘어 울림을 주는 가치를 되새겼습니다.
