The National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research (NCPOR), Under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India, is implementing the Indian Antarctic Programme and is in the process of chartering an Ice-Class Vessel and Helicopters for the Indian Scientific Expedition to Antarctic.
