Inauguration of INDIA@75 Celebrations
19 March 2021

Indian Cultural Centre and Embassy of India, Seoul organised the curtain raiser event of the ‘Festival of Independence’ on 19^th March 2021.
During the ceremony, H. E. Sripriya Ranganathan, Ambassador of India to Republic of Korea gave the welcome remarks, a Video Message by Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi was also screened. H. E. Mr. Hwang Hee, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Republic of Korea gave the Congratulatory remarks. Shri Prahlad Singh Patel, Minister of Culture and Tourism, Government of India as the Guest of Honour, outlined the preparations for India@75 celebrations in India. Dance and Musical Rendition on India@75, a presentation by Indian Council For Cultural Relations and video showcasing incredible aspects of India, made by Ms. Park Jiwon, Hindi Video Blogging Competition Winner were screened.

주한인도대사관과 주한인도문화원이 주최한 '인도독립축제' INDIA@75 개막식이2021년 3월 19일에 진행되었습니다.

스리프리야 란가나탄 주한인도대사의 환영사 후 나렌드라 모디 인도 총리의 메시지가 전달되었고, 주빈으로 초청된 황희 대한민국 문화체육관광부 장관과 프랄라드 싱 파텔 인도 문화관광부 장관의 축사가 있었습니다.
이후 인도문화교류위원회에서 제공한 축하 공연과 최근 진행되었던 힌디어 영상대회 1등 수상작 상영과 함께 개막식이 종료되었습니다.
