힌디어 카드 뉴스 공모전  |   HINDI CARD NEWS COMPETITION

주한인도대사관·인도문화원은 2023 세계 힌디의 날을 맞이하여 ‘힌디어 카드 뉴스 공모전’을 개최합니다.
공모 주제는 인도 독립 75주년 및 인도-한국 수교 50주년으로, 자세한 내용은 아래 가이드라인/주의사항을 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India Seoul is organising ‘HINDI CARD NEWS COMPETITON’ on the occasion World Hindi Day.
The theme of the contents is “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav (Celebrating 75 years of Independence of India)” or “India-Republic of Korea@50”.

· 신청 방법: 신청 접수 링크를 통해 신청서 작성 후 이메일로 카드 뉴스 이미지 파일 별도 제출

· 카드뉴스 주제: 인도-한국 수교 50주년/인도 독립 75주년 (힌디어, 한국어 텍스트 병행 표기 필수)

· 상금: 1등 50만원(1명/팀), 2등 30만원(2명/팀), 3등 10만원(3명/팀), 장려상 (상품권)

· 수상자 발표: 2023년 3월 1일

가이드라인:

1. 본 대회는 한국인만 참가 가능합니다.

2. 카드 뉴스 콘텐츠 주제는 인도-한국 수교 50주년, 인도 독립 75주년 입니다.

3. 제출하는 카드 뉴스 파일은 5-10장 분량으로, 주 언어는 힌디어여야 합니다. (한국어 텍스트 병행 표기 필수)

4. 카드 뉴스 규격은 1장당 해상도 900 픽셀 * 900 픽셀 이상 (정사각형), 파일 포맷은 PNG 또는 JPG 고화질 이미지 파일이어야 합니다.

5. 카드 뉴스 이미지 파일은 2월 15일 23시 59분까지 edu.iccseoul@gmail.com 로 보내야 하며 파일을 보내기 전, 안내된 신청 접수 링크에서 반드시 먼저 신청서를 작성하셔야 합니다.

6. 개인으로도 참가 가능하며 팀으로도 참여 가능합니다. 팀 구성은 최대 3명까지 가능합니다.

7. 팀으로 수상할 경우 팀원 각각이 아닌 팀 전체에 상금이 수여됩니다.

8. 개인 혹은 팀은 모두 한국 국적이어야 하며 수상 시 여권 사본을 제출해야 합니다.

주의사항:

1. 민감한 콘텐츠는 피해주시기 바랍니다. 불쾌감을 유발하는 콘텐츠는 고려되지 않습니다.
2. 카드 뉴스 콘텐츠(파일)은 결과 발표까지 대중에게 공개되어서는 안 됩니다.
3. 카드 뉴스 콘텐츠는 저작권이나 개인정보 문제로부터 자유로워야 합니다. 관련 분쟁이 발생할 경우, 창작자에게 그 책임이 있습니다.
4. 제출하는 카드 뉴스 콘텐츠는 제출자의 독창적인 작품이어야 하며 제출자는 파일의 저작권을 온전히 소유하고 있어야 합니다.
5. 이전에 공개되지 않았던 카드 뉴스 파일만 제출 가능합니다.
6. 주한인도대사관·인도문화원의 결정은 최종적이며 이의는 받아들여지지 않습니다.
7. 주한인도대사관·인도문화원은 제출된 카드 뉴스 파일을 주한인도대사관·인도문화원 소셜 미디어에 업로드할 권리를 가집니다.

8. 수상 적격자가 없을 경우에는 주한인도대사관·인도문화원 수상자를 선정하지 않을 권리를 가집니다.

· Submission process: Fill out the Registration form and Submit the files at Email: edu.iccseoul@gmail.com

· Content: Language of the contents should be Hindi (Theme: India-Korea Relations @ 50, Celebrating 75 years of Independence of India)

· Prizes: KW 500,000 for 1st Winner, KW 300,000 for 2nd Winners (2 winners), KW 100,000 for 3rd Winners (3 winners), Consolation Prize (Gift hampers/voucher)

· Announcement of Winners: 1 March 2023

GUIDELINES:

1. This competition is ONLY open for Korean nationals.
2. All entries must have creative content on India-Korea Relations@50, Celebrating 75 years of Independence of India in Hindi language.
3. Submission of 05-10 card news pages using Hindi as main language (including text in Korean is mandatory).
4. The Size of card news should be 900 pixel * 900 pixel each in PNG or JPG format. (high resolution)
5. It is mandatory for all the candidates to register before sending their files. Your work should reach to edu.iccseoul@gmail.com until 23:59 hrs KST, 15 February 2023.
6. You may participate as an individual or a team. A team can include maximum 3 participants
7. If you are awarded as a team, the award including monetary prize will be awarded to a team, not to each individual.
8. The participating individuals and teams should all be Korean nationals, who will be requested to submit their passport copy once they are awarded.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Sensitive contents must be avoided. Any offensive content will not be considered for the contest.
2. The content of the card news should not be made public until the announcement of the result.
3. The content of the card news should be free from any privacy/copyright issue. In case of any issue, the creator should be liable for it.
4. The content of the card news should be original and contestant must be the sole owner of the copyright of the content.
5. The content of the card news should not have been previously published on any digital media platform.
6. The decision made by Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre and Embassy of India jury members will be final and binding and no claims whatsoever will be entertained.
7. Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre and Embassy of India, Seoul has the right to upload the file on their social media handles.
8. Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre and Embassy of India has the sole right to withdraw any prize without any prior notice in case of non-availability of suitable entries.
